AIRA Membership
The American Immunization Registry Association (AIRA) offers membership to any individual or organization, both not-for-profit and for-profit, that shares and supports its mission of preventing and controlling vaccine preventable disease by enhancing the capacity of immunization information systems (IIS).
PLEASE NOTE: The AIRA membership year runs from July 1 to June 30. Payment of membership fees is due annually before August 31 of each year.

We invite our Sponsor and Business members to join AIRA with the understanding that AIRA must maintain a neutral stance with regards to promoting specific products and services. AIRA does not endorse nor imply any endorsement of any Sponsor or Business member or their products and/or services.
Voting Member Eligibility to Serve on the AIRA Board of Directors
- Organization, Affiliate, Sponsor Organization, and Sponsor Affiliate members are eligible to serve as voting members of the AIRA Board of Directors.
- Individual members who are staff of Organizations and Affiliates are also eligible to serve as voting members of the AIRA Board of Directors.
- Business and Sponsor Business members are eligible to serve as non-voting members of the AIRA Board of Directors.
Benefits
In addition to the general benefits for all membership categories -- SnapShots subscription, access to Members Only pages of the AIRA web site, discounts at AIRA workshops, participation on committees and workgroups, voting privileges, benefits of our HL7 and PHDSC (Public Health Data Standards Consortium) memberships -- the following benefits are designated for each membership category:
Organization, Affiliate and Business members
- Three individual voting members.
- Three individual non-voting members.
- Can register additional non-voting individual members for $50 each.
- Listed in printed AIRA materials and on the AIRA web site.
Sponsor members
- Four individual voting members.
- Six individual non-voting members.
- Free admission for up to three staff to AIRA workshops.
- Prominent listing (logo and link) in AIRA publications and on AIRA web site.
- Tabletop space for literature at AIRA exhibits.

NOTE: Organizational members (Organization, Affiliate, Business and Sponsor) will be asked to designate their allocated voting and non-voting members. You will need to provide their first name, last name, and email address upon registering.
