2011 NATALIE SMITH AWARD Background information sheet and nomination form
AIM is soliciting nominations for the 2011 Natalie J. Smith Award for excellence in program management. This award is given annually at the National Immunization Conference to an outstanding program manager of one of the 64 federal immunization grantee immunization programs. The forms are due by February 25.
