The goal of the Immunization Integration Program (IIP) is to improve immunization data exchange by advancing immunization capabilities in electronic health records (EHRs) and collaborating with partners to identify and address immunization interoperability challenges. To tackle these challenges, the IIP has established the Collaborative, fostering a network of immunization data exchange partners. This network prioritizes, develops, and drives the adoption of solutions to improve interoperability.
