Measurement for Assessment & Certification Advisory Workgroup (MACAW)

• MACAW met on January 19. The next meeting is February 9, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.
• The workgroup discussed the Patient Matching-DAR Method.
• The group continued the methodology and approach for the Patient Matching-HL7 Method.
• MACAW also continued discussions of the 2023 in-person meeting.

Tableau User Group (TUG)

• TUG met on January 24. The next meeting is March 28, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.
• This month Holly Kidrowski and Naomi Jiter, Minnesota Department of Health, presented “Building the MN Data Quality Monitoring Dashboard.”

Standards & Interoperability Steering Committee (SISC)

• SISC met on January 18. The next meeting is February 8, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. ET.
• Paloma Hawry gave an update on code sets from the CDC.
• Nathan Bunker from AIRA gave an update on SISC Small Group SOGI (sexual orientation gender identity) and updated the committee on HL7 guidance.
• The committee discussed nonstandard error messages with Eric Larson from AIRA.
• Mary Beth Kurilo and Craig Newman gave updates about discussions and webinars that have taken place as well as those to come.
